I just started creating my character when I run into a small problem. Reading all race descriptions and stats and bonuses and all the information I never found out what is used for what and which race might be good for which archetype (took me a whole mouse-click to find out that this stands for class).
After half-an-hour research and "hide-the-browser-from-the-boss" I finally decided to go for the Aslaran race and Bard archetype. But, while I was reading I lost the connection to the game and now I can't log in with this character name because it says I entered a wrong password. I'm sure I haven't so I sent a mail to support and this whole thing will have to wait a bit. :P
